You must meet the applicable minimum age and eligibility requirements to use OviClub. Keep your login details secure, provide information responsibly, and do not use another person’s account without permission.
2. Your content
You retain your rights in content you provide. You give OviClub the permission needed to operate the service and display or deliver that content through the features you use. Only share content that you own or have permission to use.
3. Community rules
Treat others respectfully. Do not harass, threaten, bully, impersonate, scam, or promote hatred. Do not share nudity, sexually explicit content, exploitation, or other unlawful content.
Respect consent and privacy. Do not record or share another person’s conversations, images or private information without permission. Do not pressure anyone to continue an unwanted interaction.
4. Raising a concern
Contact OviClub@gmail.com about concerning content or behaviour. Include the relevant account name, the type of concern, and a brief description so it can be reviewed. Do not send passwords or payment-card details.
Content or accounts that violate the community rules may be restricted or removed in accordance with the applicable rules and requirements.
5. Diamonds and purchases
Diamonds are virtual items used with certain OviClub features. Some video calls and virtual gifts require Diamonds. Check any free allowance, Diamond cost and purchase price displayed in the app before you proceed.
Payment, cancellation and refund requests are subject to the applicable store policies and legal rights. These terms do not remove rights provided by applicable law.
6. Service availability
Features may change as OviClub develops. Voice and video quality depend on factors including your network and device. Do not interfere with the service, misuse accounts, or put other members at risk.

These terms may be updated when the service or applicable requirements change. Review the latest version. Additional notice or consent will be provided where required.

커뮤니티 이용 수칙을 위반하는 콘텐츠 또는 계정은 적용되는 규칙과 요건에 따라 제한되거나 삭제될 수 있습니다.
5. 다이아 및 구매
다이아는 OviClub의 일부 기능에 이용되는 가상 아이템입니다. 일부 영상 통화와 가상 선물에는 다이아가 필요합니다. 진행하기 전에 앱에 표시된 무료 이용 범위, 다이아 비용 및 결제 금액을 확인하세요.
결제, 취소 및 환불 요청에는 해당 스토어의 정책과 법적 권리가 적용됩니다. 이 약관은 관련 법령에서 보장하는 권리를 제한하지 않습니다.
